New York, New York
Seth and Girard have left for San Francisco to check out the Facebook conference. Hopefully it’s pretty cool and they get a lot out of it… I wish I could be there, even though the area around the hotel was pretty ghetto. Thinking about Larry the doorman always puts a smile on my face.
He’s the guy who opens the doors for the people coming out of cabs and stuff… and he’s in this awesome suit with coattails and a top hat, and his first sentence to me was, “Are you staying at MY hotel?” Good times…
I am missing New York right now. I’m wishing I was at Shea Stadium, eating some Italian Sausage and Pepper sandwich and washing it down with a cold overpriced beer. It’s been almost a year since I was at Shea… Hopefully I get a chance to go in August, before I head to Aruba for a friend’s wedding.
